Less Anxiety, More Happiness

I help people with anxiety and depression find peace and happiness in their lives.

Are you always worrying? Overthinking? Stressed or experiencing burn out?

I got you.

Finding Relief is Not Impossible

Three Little Birds Counseling helps people with anxiety, stress, and depression find peace in their lives. I will work with you to build a strong therapeutic relationship that allows you to express your emotions and develop self-awareness.

I will teach you about your worry and ways to overcome it. We will undermine the anxiety as it has undermined us. Together, we will build a strong therapeutic relationship that allows you to express your emotions and develop self-awareness.

You Deserve to Be Happy!

You deserve to love yourself and your life, you deserve to not be controlled by worry.

Before working together, many of my clients were experiencing a lack of confidence in themselves. They were not happy with who they were, how their lives were going, and struggled to relax away from their thoughts. The anxiety our clients felt interfered with their lives daily. It is hard to be positive when you feel so lost, stuck, inadequate, and disconnected from others.

Before they came to Three Little Birds Counseling, my clients experienced a lack of love for themselves. They were not allowing themselves to be human, to be imperfect, to be in the moment.

Therapy for Rebuilding Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is the way we value and respect ourselves. Do you struggle with feelings of low worth or competence? Do you hold back your voice to avoid conflict? Do you compare yourself unfavorably to others who seem more confident and successful? Together we will examine your thoughts, feelings, and experiences that shape your self-esteem and help you develop a more positive and realistic self-image.

Therapy for Stress

Stress, a common experience in our fast-paced lives, manifests as a physiological and psychological response to external pressures or demands. While occasional stress can serve as a motivator, chronic stress poses significant risks to mental health. It can disrupt emotional equilibrium, impair cognitive function, and contribute to the development or exacerbation of various mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Managing stress effectively is crucial for maintaining overall well-being. Techniques such as mindfulness, exercise, and seeking social support can help individuals mitigate the negative effects of stress, fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness.

Therapy for Reducing Anxiety

Anxiety is a common mental health condition that involves excessive and persistent worry and fear that can affect your daily functioning. You may frequently experience nervousness and restlessness, and that is because you have not developed the skills to identify and manage the irrational thoughts that anxiety triggers. Having anxiety does not mean you are flawed or weak or hopeless. It means you are facing a challenge that can be overcome with the right support and strategies.

Therapy for Relieving Depression

Depression is a complex and serious mental health condition that affects more than just your mood. Depression can make you feel hopeless, worthless, and isolated, and it can also interfere with your daily functioning and relationships. Depression often co-occurs with anxiety disorders, creating a vicious cycle of fear and despair. You are not defined by your depression, nor are you responsible for it. You deserve compassion and support, not judgment or blame. You can learn to cope with your depression and find ways to heal and grow.
