Mindfulness is a sense of awareness associated with Buddhist practices. Mindfulness is the true experience of the current moment, devoid of judgement. We are not our feelings. We are consciously separated from them through choice. You can acknowledge sadness but not have to “be sad”. You can acknowledge anxiety but not “be anxious.”
Begin learning how our bodies and mind react to the present moment. Take back your mind. Be present with loved ones.
